Our Story

Allegiant Insurance Group's story began in 1956, when Whitten Insurance opened its doors with a commitment to serving Oklahoma families, businesses, and communities. Nearly 70 years later, that legacy continues under the ownership of Brady and Destinee Weeks.

For Brady and Destinee, insurance has always been close to home. Brady grew up in a family with deep roots in the insurance industry — his family owned and operated Jaquith Insurance in Seiling, Oklahoma, for decades, serving the same kind of rural families and businesses that Allegiant serves today. Destinee got an even earlier start. Her first job was at an insurance agency in Enid at just 12 years old, giving her an early look at the relationships and trust that make a local insurance agency different.

But their appreciation for insurance really grew through their own experience as entrepreneurs. Before owning Allegiant Insurance Group, Brady and Destinee built and operated a land services company. As small-business owners themselves, they learned firsthand that insurance isn't simply another bill or piece of paperwork. The right coverage protects everything you've worked to build.

They also learned that business owners need more than someone who can sell them a policy. They need an insurance partner who understands payroll, employees, equipment, vehicles, contracts, property, liability, growth — and the risks that come with signing your own name on the front of a business.

That experience shapes how Allegiant operates today. We believe insurance should be personal. We believe you should be able to call your agent and actually know who you're talking to. And we believe small-business owners deserve an insurance agency that understands what it's like to be one.
